Sally’s diverse background, including real estate, marketing, finance, operations, ranching and fiber arts, brings a wealth of experience to her clients. She moved to Denver in 1981 and has lived in and been an active member of the foothills/mountain community since 1991. She brings a perfect balance of creativity, common sense, finance knowledge and humor to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s selling an existing property, buying their perfect home, or both. As an active member of both the KW Luxury International and KW Land divisions, she has the experience, knowledge and resources to effectively manage the challenges that can occur within any given transaction, especially with some of the quirks that come with mountain, farm and ranch property. With her husband Jim, she’s owned Rivendale Farms, an alpaca farm located in Conifer, since 2003. While she enjoys all forms of real estate, she holds a special place in her heart for the Farm and Ranch community. Some speculate that it’s simply because she likes tromping around outside and hanging out in barns.
